Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by CheckR Inc. in relation to race event registrations. By registering for any event, Participants agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. General Refund Terms

  • Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms below.

2. Participant-Initiated Cancellation

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations by participant except in the case of medical reasons issued by appropriate medical examiner. This may be subject to re-confirming through our prescribed medical doctors.

3. Organizer-Initiated Cancellation or Postponement

  • If the Company cancels the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, Participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or event credit.
  • In case of postponement, registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Failure to participate in the Event, regardless of reason, is not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for disqualification due to violation of Event rules or misrepresentation of eligibility.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed & credited within 15 to 30 business days using the original payment method.
