These Terms and Conditions govern the participation, registration, and services provided by CheckR Inc. in relation to the race event. By registering for or participating in any event organized by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

• “Event” refers to the race, marathon, or running event managed by the Company.
• “Participant” refers to any individual registered to take part in the Event.
• “Organizer/Company” refers to CheckR Inc., its staff, volunteers, and partners.

2. Registration and Payment

• All registrations must be completed through official channels designated by the Company.
• Full payment of registration fees is required to confirm participation.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Cancellation Policy.

3. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
• Participants must be physically fit and medically cleared to participate.
• Participants must follow all Event rules, instructions, and safety protocols.

4. Liability and Waiver

• Participation in the Event is at the Participant’s own risk.
• The Company is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage suffered during or after the Event.
• Participants release the Company from all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of their participation.

5. Insurance

• Participants are strongly advised to have personal accident and health insurance coverage.
• The Company may provide limited event insurance, details of which will be communicated in advance.

6. Event Rules

• Participants must wear the official bib number assigned by the Organizer.
• Outside assistance, unauthorized vehicles, or unregistered participants are strictly prohibited.
• Failure to comply with Event rules may result in disqualification.

7. Cancellation and Changes

• The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns, the Company is not obliged to refund fees.
• Any changes to the Event will be communicated to Participants via official channels.

8. Intellectual Property

• All photos, videos, and promotional materials captured during the Event are the property of the Company.
• Participants consent to the use of their images, names, and likenesses for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
